| You will save a lot of money if you do it yourself. Its not super hard, but it helps to have at least one other set of hands and a good jack to move the pumpkin around. You may also want to replace all of the bearings and seals while you're at it. Thats what I'll be doing. I'm also putting in a Kaaz 2 way LSD at the same time. This is about what I've heard for installs. This may vary by quite a bit though. $160 to swap the gears out if you drop the pumpkin yourself. $250 to change out the differential if they do all the work, including break in on the LSD. $60 to swap out the differential if you drop the pumpkin. Do a little home work and find a rear end shop that can do the work. Talk to them and they'll point you in the right direction.
